Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ek447 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the ek447 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, promotions, payment facilities, and all related features and services (collectively, "the Service"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any feature of ek447, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. • You are using funds that belong to you and that have been lawfully obtained. ek447 prohibits the use of the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• You are aware that online gambling may be restricted or regulated in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation is lawful in your location.

ek447 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming that a Player meets all eligibility criteria at any time, including during the KYC process prior to withdrawal processing. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Rules

Account Registration, Verification, and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered account on ek447. Registration requires the submission of accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in your own name. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

• You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person, including family members.
• You must notify ek447 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account or compromise of your login credentials.
• ek447 may impose account verification requirements (KYC) before processing withdrawals, bonus activations, or following unusual account activity. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• ek447 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms, associated with fraudulent activity, or held in violation of the one-account-per-person rule, without advance notice.

Payments

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Method Rules

ek447 processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively through supported Bangladesh mobile financial services. Accepted payment channels at the time of publication are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. ek447 does not accept deposits via international credit or debit cards, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency. Payment methods available on the platform may change; the most current list is displayed in the deposit section of your account.

All transactions on ek447 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits credit to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are subject to processing time, which may vary depending on the volume of requests being handled at the time and the completion of any pending KYC requirements.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned minus any processing fees incurred.
• Withdrawal requests may only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically feasible. ek447 reserves the right to require proof of the payment method before processing a withdrawal.

Bonus Terms, Wagering Requirements, and Promotion Rules

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to the general bonus conditions described in this section. • Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before any portion may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the total sum that must be wagered using the bonus funds before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method. ek447 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or claw back any bonus where abuse, multi-accounting, or coordinated bonus exploitation is identified.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the ek447 platform without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ek447 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, system downtime, payment processing delays, or changes to the platform's features or availability. ek447 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Amendments

Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

ek447 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ek447 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via the contact information on file. For minor or clarificatory changes, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Players who continue to use the platform following any amendment are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law. ek447 operates as a platform targeting the Bangladesh market and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling under Bangladeshi law.
